Every cookie Bidfill AI sets, what it does and how long it lasts. All of them are strictly necessary — we set no advertising or analytics cookies.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next request — which is how you stay signed in as you move between pages. Some cookies last only until you close the browser; others persist until they expire or you clear them.
2. The cookies we use
Every cookie we set is strictly necessary: the Service cannot function without it. There is no consent banner because no cookie we use requires consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-<project>-auth-token | Keeps you signed in. Holds your session token, split across numbered cookies when it is too large for one. | Strictly necessary | 1 hour, refreshed automatically while you are active |
sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifier | Completes a sign-in or password reset securely. Set briefly during that flow only. | Strictly necessary | End of the sign-in flow |
bidfill_admin | Signs in a member of Bidfill staff to the admin console. Never set on a customer's browser. | Strictly necessary | 8 hours |
3. What we do not use
We do not set:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Analytics cookies, first or third party
- Social media tracking pixels
We do not sell or share browsing behaviour with anyone. If we introduce analytics later, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before doing so.
4. Third-party cookies
Paying for a subscription takes you to Stripe's own hosted checkout page, where Stripe sets cookies it needs for payment processing and fraud prevention. Those are governed by Stripe's own cookie policy, not this one. No Stripe cookie is set while you are on our pages.
5. Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings. Because all of ours are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from signing in and the Service will not work.
Signing out clears your session cookie. Deleting your account removes it too.
6. Changes and contact
The version and date at the top of this page reflect the current version. For more on how we handle personal data, see our privacy policy, or get in touch through our contact page.
