   Set up your profile

   Connect your Companies House record, add accreditations, regions and the services you deliver. Upload two or three past bids so Bidfill learns how you write.

2. 02

   Review your matches

   Every morning the feed refreshes with new tenders scored against your profile. Shortlist the ones worth pursuing and archive the rest in a click.

3. 03

   Draft the response

   Bidfill breaks the ITT into its questions, drafts each answer from your evidence library, and flags anything it could not substantiate.

4. 04

   Check and submit

   Edit the draft, run the compliance check, then export to Word or PDF ready for the buyer's portal.
